All products sold on this website are digital, downloadable products (PDF guides, spreadsheets, templates and similar files). No physical goods are shipped. Delivery is made electronically, typically by email and/or download link, immediately after the payment is confirmed.
Prices are shown in euro (€) and include any applicable VAT where required. By completing the checkout you submit a binding order. The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. Payment is processed by Shopify and our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay).
Access to the digital product is provided immediately after successful payment, via the confirmation page and/or by email. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check your spam folder. If you have not received your product within 24 hours, write to info@hybridracelab.com.
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Art. 16 lett. m) and corresponding national consumer-protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium when performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.
By completing the purchase, you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as the download is made available. For this reason, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once access to the product has been granted.
If the file is defective, corrupted or impossible to download, contact us at info@hybridracelab.com and we will provide a working copy at no cost.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the products for your own training and racing. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish or share the files with third parties, in whole or in part.
All content (text, graphics, templates, code, files) is owned by Hybrid Race Lab and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Any unauthorised use is prohibited.
The training programmes, pacing guides and workout plans contained in our ebooks are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are general guidelines and do not constitute personal coaching, medical advice, or a tailored training prescription.
By purchasing and using these materials, you acknowledge that Hybrid Race Lab is not responsible for any injury, accident, or health issue that may arise from following the training programmes or advice described in the ebooks. Participation in high-intensity physical activity carries inherent risks, and it is your sole responsibility to assess your own physical condition and capability before undertaking any exercise.
For any medical concern, pre-existing condition, or personalised training need, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional, sports physician, or certified personal trainer. Always seek professional advice before starting a new exercise programme.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, performance or training time.
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
